How do I track my order?
When I ship your order an email is automatically sent you to with the tracking information. For packages shipped by Economy and Standard methods, go to usps.com and enter the tracking code.
Tracking info will be on your Purchases page.
1) Log into your Etsy account
2) Go to You > Purchases and reviews and find the order
3) In the top right corner of the order, you'll see a box with its shipping status
If I have added a tracking number, you'll see a button marked Track Package.
I used the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
As long as your item is not shipped yet, it can be changed. Please contact AERO Leotards with your correct shipping address.
Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped) AERO Leotards cannot make any further address changes. You need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. All packages are shipped with GPS tracking included. AERO Leotards is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package. It is strongly recommended that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. Or, that a secure delivery location is provided. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has been shipped. Tracking numbers can also be looked up under your purchases order history once an item ships.
